Wingless Drosophila Hydei fruit flies have a longer life cycle than D. Melanogaster, but are slower growers. This is the largest species of fruit fly in commerce, making them perfect for many species of fish, reptiles, birds, insects and amphibians.

Each culture comes with everything the flies need to produce thousands of flies. Just keep them at room temperature for several days and they will begin to produce.
