Hatching Egg Note: When breeding crested ducks 50% of all eggs hatched will be crested, and the other 50% will hatch normal with no crests. If you want to ensure you get a few crested ducklings it is wiser to order ducklings or a larger number of eggs.
Breed descriptions are a guide to the line, not a promise that every individual will mature identically. Egg production, mature size, temperament, color and breeding performance are influenced by genetics, age, season, nutrition and management.
