Recurring Orders

If you regularly order the same feeders or supplies, a recurring order can reduce the need to remember to place the same order each time.

Available Schedules

The recurring-order program described in our store currently supports orders scheduled:

• Once each week
• Once every two weeks
• Once every four weeks

Recurring orders are normally scheduled for shipment Monday through Wednesday.

Payment

Recurring orders are processed by credit card. If an original order was paid through another payment method, additional payment arrangements may be required before recurring billing can be established.

Setting Up a Recurring Order

Use the recurring-order form and provide the order number you want repeated. Recurring orders continue until they are canceled and should appear in your online order history like orders placed manually.

Canceling or Skipping

You may request cancellation of the next shipment or permanently cancel the recurring order. Submit cancellation requests at least 48 hours before the Monday of the week in which the order is scheduled to ship. A request received later may not take effect until the following shipment.
