These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Pritchett's Small Pets website and to orders placed through the store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the policies that apply to your purchase.

Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Live animals, hatching eggs, natural products, and handmade or custom items can vary. Availability may change without notice, and we may limit or cancel an order when inventory, breeder needs, weather, animal welfare, payment issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances make fulfillment impractical.

Prices & Errors

Prices and product information may be corrected when an obvious website, data-entry, or system error occurs. If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfillment or cancel and refund the affected item as appropriate.

Live Animals & Hatching Eggs

Live animals and hatching eggs are subject to additional policies. Buyers are responsible for suitable care, legal ownership where they live, and understanding the risks associated with hatching eggs and live shipping.

Shipping & Pickup

Carrier estimates are not guarantees unless a carrier service specifically provides one. Local pickup must be arranged in advance and does not include access to farm or breeder areas.
