Are all breeds available all the time?

No. Availability changes with season, fertility, hatch results, breeder needs, and the number of young birds we retain.

Do you guarantee hatching-egg hatch rates?

No. Too many variables affect eggs after they leave our control. We can describe breeder performance and our practices, but shipped or customer-incubated eggs cannot carry a guaranteed hatch percentage.

Can I see the breeder pens?

No. Our breeder and animal areas are closed to customers under our biosecurity policy.

Do you offer farm tours?

No.

Can you guarantee the sex of every chick?

Only when a specific listing says the chick is sold as sexed and explains the method or level of confidence. Some breeds or ages are easier to sex than others.

What is autosexing?

Autosexing lines produce predictable sex-related chick-down differences that can be used at hatch. It is different from a one-generation sex-link cross.

Why might you refuse to sell a particular bird?

Some birds are needed to preserve or advance a breeding line. Breeding-program needs take priority over immediate sales.

Can I reserve future hatches?

That depends on the breed, season, and current workload. Contact us for current options rather than relying on an old hatch calendar.
