Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders in Pelzer, South Carolina. Pickup must be arranged in advance.

Place the Order First

Please place your order before coming and contact us so we can prepare it. Allow approximately two hours whenever possible unless a different time has been arranged.

Wait for Pickup Instructions

Do not arrive expecting access to animal areas. We will provide the appropriate pickup instructions and bring the order to the designated customer area.

No Farm Tours or Breeder-Pen Access

Local pickup is not a farm visit. We do not offer farm tours, and customers are not permitted to enter breeder, poultry, incubation, brooding, or other animal areas. This applies even when purchasing live animals or hatching eggs.

Arrive Prepared

For live animals, bring an appropriate carrier or transport setup unless other arrangements have been made. Weather, heat, cold, and travel time should be considered before pickup.

Missed or Late Pickup

If you cannot arrive at the arranged time, contact us. Farm work and animal-care schedules make unannounced arrivals difficult to accommodate.
